Ive just bought a policy from SW. They emailed me a link so I could log onto my account. However, the link is stuck in 'Accept Cookies Mode'...so no access. When I tried to access via the chat bot, it instructed me to log on first and sent me the same link... sioI tried the phone - and the same thing happened. There appears to be no facility to get past this first hurdle to report that there is an issue with their on service. I also emailed them, which bounced straight back as 'not accepting emails', which include the NCD email address too. Has anyone else experienced this?

"Every thing was great until we left them for one of our car policies they gave wrong no claims years to new company and this ment the company who I went to cancelled our policy as they said we had given incorrect information on amount of years but thankfully I was able to prove my policies from past years at the roadside in my old emails so the police gave us time to contact Shelia\u2019s wheels and get them to sort it to correct information so I could tell the new one so they reinstated my policy and the police then released my vehicle as they said I had no insurance when I did was a complete nightmare so glad I had all the old policies in my emails to show the police and he gave me 24 hours to sort but otherwise all was good when we were with them just hope when our other car insurance is due for renewal with them that I don\u2019t have the same problem x\r\n"

"Sheilas wheels sent me wrong claim number , and took 3 days for my claim number to reach the repair garage before they could even find out where my car had been taken and which car pound ?? I was calling sheilas wheels for 3 days and could not get through extremely stressful"

"As home insurance goes this has been ok, depends on what their quote is to renew this year though as I've also been a car insurance holder with them and their renewal quote was double the last year and double what every other quote was even their own quote as a new customer was less than my renewal with them......so much for renewals matching what you charge new customers"

"I was happy at first, however I wanted to update my address as I moved. I then had my payments increased even though I moved to a much higher and secure parking area. This made no sense to me. And on top of that I was charged an additional \u00a325 fee for the admin charge to change the address. Wish I didn't say anything and kept the car insured at my parental home. "

Sheilas' Wheels were top of the list when I was looking for car insurance last year and I went with them for both of my vehicles. This year, for like for like cover, they were a few hundred pounds more than the quotes I was getting so I have moved away. Despite calling them, they could not get anywhere near what I was being quoted elsewhere. It is about time all companies tried to retain their customers not just give cheaper quotes to new customers, it doesn't make any sense to me.

The follow up from buying the insurance was very bad I had an email to say they were cancelling the policy as I hadn’t got in touch with them with info they needed I said I hadn’t been asked for any info they said they had sent a letter which I hadn’t received. When I phoned them I was told the policy would be cancelled at midnight. The person I spoke to was very good and helped me send the info by phone. I would never go with them again.

Happy that they got my car towed very quickly but very annoyed that they are not dealing with calls efficiently to follow up, as I was promised a replacement car and I still have no news - their contact for the replacement car is totally lost and does not have a "booking number" - Sheila's wheels is the same and I have been trying to get this information for two days solid, listening to their waiting music. Maybe they should think about hiring more staff.

After damaging my vehicle it was sent for repairs and I had to pay an excess on my premium because I had the paint work at the front of the vehicle treated with ppf. They said it was a modification, I had it fitted to protect the paint work. Will not be using them for insurance purposes again.
