My parked car was hit inMay 2023. A no fault claim. I STILL HAVEN’T BEE REFUNDED FOR THE EXCESS.
Is this even legal?
I have rung numerous times- after being on hold for up to 2 hours- no one can help.
I have emailed the complaints department and never received a reply or refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are frauds.
