Had two virtual assistant calls terminated by the bean heads that run me round in circles for ages then ended the call. Absolutely disgusting behaviour’s.
Been with them quite a few years and my renewal home insurance has gone up 77%, so just wanted to discuss with a human, and review the policy, apparently you cannot log on to your account if the renewal letter has been raised, weird. needless to say I will move my business
