"Gave correct details online .Type was 2nd car & a new policy.Asked my no claims.so typed them in.Pay amount due .Only to be told later in wk ,policy had to start with a new no claims not 1 that was already on other car in use.So sorting online is not clear & I had to pay an additional \u00a380.Following wk .IF friend had not told me ,my insurance would not have been valid "
