Changed insurers and asked Sheila's Wheels to send the usual proof of NCD, which I forwarded on to my new insurers. It turns out that Sheila's Wheels have declared I have only 1 years NCD. As my previous insurer stated I had 13 years,which was passed on to Sheila's Wheels, I would like to know where that has gone in the last12 months, as my present insurance has hit me with a £50.00 bill to reflect 1 year rather than the 24 I have.
