Sheilas' Wheels falsely reported I had 3 claims registered with them. Whereas I had 2 claims and 1 notification. But for them notifications and claims are the same. Is nowane to speak with at the claims team, what they do is to transfer you from one to another and eventually hung up. Unapproachable and unprofessional provider, avoid at all costs. Will be sued soon for the loss of income they caused me as with their error and the subsequent hire and reward refusal of renewal. This provider should have their licence revoked.
