Awful, awful, awful experience with this company. They refuse to answer calls, when they do they give you false information. Waited for over an hour and a half. Still didn't get through to the claims dept. Automated service kept saying "they are dealing with a high number of calls!. This is at 09.30 in the morning. One call operator was actually chewing food whilst talking to me!!!!!!!
P.s. I have been calling this company from Wednesday evening up until today (Friday 4/8/23)
