Web chat takes hours with no resolution. The person on the chat simply didn’t comprehend my query. Still waiting a response to my complaint 3 weeks later. Sheila’s Wheels was great when you could speak with customer service advisor This has now proved to be impossible. No longer a company I would recommend. Bring back helpful customer service phone option.
