Trying to contact this company is a joke I have literally waited 5 hours on one occasion to get put through, only to passed from one dept to another. A hour wait is normal. I have even been in tears,they promised a call back guess what, no call back. I have written emails,no response either. My car accident happened 5 weeks ago and they still haven't settled my claim.
