Have been on hold on both their web chat and my phone for 40 minutes and counting. This because they put the wrong date on my policy when I contacted them earlier to change my details. To change the details took 50 MINUTES.
Something has really gone wrong with this company. If any other company is within £20-30 of their renewal fee, go with the other company. I will be next time around.
