If you value your sanity- do not insure with sheila’s wheels, the worst insurance company that I have ever used.
You can never get through to them, even at 8am it’s the same recorded message, “we are experiencing high call volume today’. I have spent between 90 minutes to over 2 hours trying to get someone to answer, over the last year have spent at least 6 hours on the phone either to then be cut off or put through to someone who hasn’t a clue how to answer a simple question, then to be put through to someone else but then put back on hold.
In desperation I have now contacted the ombudsman.
My no-fault claim has been going on for over a year and have had excuses, lies and total mismanagement.
Be at your peril to insure with them.
