Sheilas wheels has become poorly run I cancelled my auto renewal and cancelled my direct debit for Sheilas wheels to try and take payment on my policy end date after messing around with a arrogant customer service agent who thought I had a new policy not a renewal I checked my payments and Sheilas wheels didn't take the first month until the following month pushing all payments back a month resulting in a end of policy payment not going through they didn't pick up on this mistake and I only received a email after a failed payment which could have been overlooked or gone in to the junk folder for anyone not familiar with using emails then resulting in a credit score being affected and even debt collection letters the call dropped or I was hung up on mid conversation the agent rung me back I paid the outstanding balance was not offered an apology and the call dropped or I was hung up on again mid conversation I brought a policy with another broker with most extras included for a cheaper price I could pay for the whole year in one go
