My main car policy was fine, but the problem arose when I wished to insure my son for their holiday with insurance to cover them both for the use of my car. Despite many attempts on line and phone the problem persisted, I was later told that the system was to blame!
Eventually, senior personnel were called and the problem was sorted with the issue of the correct documents.
To maintain customer goodwill I have to say that I was handsomely compensated so no hard feelings. I hope to renew my policy with SHEILA'S WHEELS when it becomes due.
