Took out car insurance with S W, in early May to start on the 23rd., still do not have documents after three phone calls. Last call today took half an hour to be answered.
as an elderly person I do not want this sort of hassle and I like to have my policy in the car with me. had I known this would happen I would have gone else ware, should have looked at reviews before joining. I am dreading having to claim if this is how they operate.
