Used this company for buildings and contents as I sourced them via a comparison site. Payed my policy with them for the last 7 years and after a recent break in to my property where I needed to make a claim I was left feeling absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated /spoken to !
I am the victim here left feeling scared, upset and angry and yet I was treated as a fraud!!
I can only say thank you to the police for their curtesy and understanding but this is no compensation for the loss of my valuables !
Do not use this company !
