I've used the helpline and found the advisors helpful and friendly. The premium is reasonable. However, unfortunately, they don't include cover for flat roof repairs and I was buying a new house which turned out to have major problems with the flat roof so was unable to claim although any neglect to maintenance wasn't really my fault as a new buyer.
