Terrible company. Dont buy, i will never use again. Ordered an electric scooter in 15 Nov 2018. Delivery was supposed to take 35 business days - max. It's now 8 February and I'm still waiting. Has been 'cleared' at cusoms (notwithstanding it's a month late - for 10 days)
In summary, if you buy from them, expECT your goods to turn up battered (according to other reviews) and most probably vintage by the time it gets to you! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pay the extra £30 to get it from a reputable retailer! Order at your own peril.
