I ordered a phone last year which never arrived due to a transporter error. Despite having paid the full insurance covereing this kind of issue, Gearbest refuses to reimburse me. Their client support is terrible, I sent them dozens of messages but they never did anything to help me. Three month later and I think I will never see my phone or my money back. Do not order from them, this is the worst service I ever experienced!
