This was my first and last attempt of buying something on gearbest. They are highly unethical. I placed an order on a Jumper Ezbook 3 PRO, that was on sale for 195.79 euros, on March 20th. After 7 business days and having no answers from them, I contacted the support on April 1st, and they told me that the item would be shipped within the next 3 business days. On April 5th, the item was not yet shipped, and I contacted the support again on the issue and they told me that the item would only be available on the April 30th. I asked for a full refund but they would only offer me points on their GB wallet, which I am not interested. This is why I am now recurring to paypal to dispute this claim.
