I ordered a product and received a poor copy of what what presented on the site. When I disputed the order Gearbest stopped responding. After several weeks and 10 reminders I now had to do a Fraud Dispute at my bank and Master Card to get my money back.
Also - I had to pay additional 12 USD for custom fees.
