The tech guys were very friendly and worked hard to complete the works. A couple of points for improvement maybe. - possibly make people aware of how long you think it will take to sort the issue. Wasn't aware till I paid that 4.5hrs was ticked up. As obviously they did some work back at the office. - hand out the scratch and win and then didn't actually discount it off the bill. Change of email from a different provider seems to be working well. Thanks for the work.
