Nothing gives me more confidence that to have a Geek walk up to the computer, Look behind the modem than go to the fibre box on the wall pull out a cable , replace it in slightly different position Chek the modem which had lit up green and said your internet is fixed . It was . I got Jack to check my computer . this he did making suggestions to improve it, both now and in the future.
