Expected Joseph at 4pm , Harold arrived at 3pm. Pleasant guy. No internet on ADSL, however phone working, needed someone to check modem functionality and connections. Harold spent time conversing with internet provider and testing alternate modems provided/ connections etc . After nearly x2 hours we still have no internet and now our POS system is dead. In worse position prior to service.
Internet provider now organising Chorus to investigate.
Invoice arrived promptly $253.
