Great skills and a patient operator but I was charged for at least 15 minutes onsite time preparing paperwork. This was immediately remedied when the technician cleared cancelling this cost with management but it doesn’t leave me feeling good to have to query an account. It would also help if their call centre team had some technical knowledge to make the visit more time efficient
