Andrew was nice enough but feel your service is sooo expensive. Had Andrew told me the portable USB was $139 I would have said NO WAY. As soon as Andrew left I called Cello Tech and took my computer in and bought another with antivirus and labour and it was soo much cheaper than the one Andrew recommended. Take me OFF your customer data base and I WILL NOT be using your services again nor will I recommend you.
