Technician came to look at computer on Monday. He had to take it away and rescheduled another appointment for Wednesday 1.30pm. I rescheduled my time around this appointment. Technician had not turned up by 2.30pm. I rung Geeks On Wheels to be told he is on annual leave and the next appointment won't be till next Monday. Not happy at all with the service or the response and I am still waiting for the computer.
