Rence was all that you’d hope for in a technician - he knew what he was doing, he did it efficiently, and explained what he was doing in language that a layperson could understand. He arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, and suggested improvements to the system without the hard sell. The company responded very quickly to my request for assistance. All in all, a highly satisfactory experience.
