Couldn't reboot, problem found with the graphics card but what really made this service was the solution of a Wifi throughput problem which I had been trying to fix with my internet Service Provider for over a year. Went from 50/60 throughput to 150/110. Absolutely brilliant, a very happy customer despite having to pay for a new garphic's card
