My technician Callum was very good. He exceeded expectations and provided a great chat while he worked. I’d gladly welcome him back into my home.
However, initially I was slightly concerned when he wasn’t able to provide me with any identification card and I couldn’t find him on the Geeks website where it shows all of the other geeks. Anyone could acquire a similar looking striped shirt. It would be good in future to see his face on the website and with some paperwork proving authenticity.
