Machine had a bit of a system meltdown. Justin was great - prompt and thorough. But my computer had to go to the base to be fixed anyway. When it was returned - at the time and on the day promised - there was an issue I discovered that night. Never mind , the next day Justin called in specially and it was sorted in 5 minutes. Good service, thanks.
