James was excellent to deal with and he sorted out my IT issues as quickly as he could and nothing was a problem. I was so impressed (and thankful that my technology was functioning) that I signed up immediately to the remote assistance programme offered by the company. Thanks heaps again James for sorting my tech out and setting up my printer. Otherwise it would have stayed in the box!
