I found Jack to be punctual, courteous and efficient. He was also prepared to contact the manager so that there was no charge for today's service as I had had an identical problem 2-3 months earlier, so I appreciated that Geeks showed a customer- centred approach (rather than profit at all costs). Jack was also patient in explaining how he was dealing with the issues, even though I am a self-confessed Luddite. Once again, Geeks provided an efficient, personal service and were willing and able to address the job on the same day that I reported the fault. In that regard, reception staff were also excellent.
