Vaughan was quickly able to identify the difficulties I experience with having documents stored in several different locations. He did as much as he could while here, and explained that things were not set up
or installed properly when files were transferred over from my old computer. He outlined what needs to happen in the future to completely sort the situation, and I appreciated understanding the clear course of action. Excellent service from Vaughan and the company.
