When I rang for someone to call the lady was very friendly with a "can do" attitude. Sam, who fixed my computer, was friendly and efficient and although I'm technically challenged he didn't make me feel silly. He not only fixed my email problem but checked everything else was alright and told me what I needed to do to keep my computer running well.
