Prompt contact and the technician was very competent.
I'm finding that good old-fashioned customer service and common sense are very rare in most businesses these days but Mike who came out to look at the fault and also the initial contact with the lady in reception was fantastic. I'm very pleased with every single aspect of this service. highly recommend using this company.
