As an older person, I worry greatly about having to use the computer and feel totally out of my comfort zone all the time. Having made contact with Geels on Wheels, (on the recommendation of Mark Jones who owned 'Super Computers' ) I now have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone who needs help with their computer. Ross was very polite, very patient and understanding. He is very competent and efficient. If/when I need help again I shall certainly contact Geeks and ask for Ross, if possible.
