A very capable young man quickly sorted the tv connection problems out which other people hadn’t been able to do over past years
I can’t speak to her Guly she f him he was amazing. 100% polite, experienced in what he was doing and very very quickly corrected the internet strength to tv, Netflix,Apps, hearing aid enhancer plugged into back of tv, checked my Kindle and iPhone. All in just over half an hour. Nobody could have done better than that
