I was delighted with the service provided by Tim. He was able to place my phone
back in its original space in the dining room where it should have been. He was also able
to clean up the mess of cords in a jumble sitting behind my computer. And also set a
default font for me on Word and Excel which I was unaware of how to do and neither was
the previous technician. In effect he cleaned up the shambles left by your previous
employee.
