I find Geeks on Wheels very responsive. They send someone out very promptly. The Geek technicians are specialists and know their stuff. They are helpful, giving clear explanations so that the layperson can understand. I asked for a computer health check/clean-up and this seemed to me to be done thoroughly. My concerns were addressed and I am very satisfied.
I like the after-service notes which are helpful.
