We were experiencing problems with our landline telephone and none of the solutions offered by our internet provider, via mobile telephone conversations, worked and no offer was forthcoming to arrange for technical support, so I contacted Geeks on Wheels. Notwithstanding their lack of familiarity with our particular problem, they readily offered to have a look and soon discovered a faulty telephone port in our modem. We are now awaiting a replacement modem from our internet provider.
