I'm sorry I have not had such a good run with GOW lately. When my new computer was delivered it did not have virus protection even though I had been sold virus protection for my old computer and my licence was still current. I had to point this out. Another technician was told this and commented that virus protection wasn't everything because of phishing; this remark was unprofessional and deeply insulting to my intelligence. The same technician did not connect my printer, which I discovered too late.
