I finally succumbed to your emails regarding wi-fi blackspots (my home office is a long way from the fibre entry-point) and my Geek arrived this morning. It didn't take long to set up and he made sure my printer and heat-pump were working just fine as well. Very happy with the result, and we had a nice chat.
