Very happy with Sam's visit today, showed and changed a few things that I hadn't known. Wrote notes for me on how to change things.
Also, reset the computer/printer to black and white printing when the geek Weonsuk who installed it last April said with the age of the computer it couldn't be set as black and white. Interesting.
After talking to a friend today who had had a geek on wheels out lately and it was Sam, also had great comments to make about him.
