Vaughan was absolutely amazing today. He called before arriving to make sure I was home. He listened to me with our internet / wifi issues and was so patient and methodical in working out what was our best solution. Our wifi was rated for 300mBps + but was only working at 100 mBps and now it is amazing. Our internet will no longer crash and the whole house is covered seamlessly with the Mesh devices. Vaughan tested everything thoroughly before leaving and even updated the passwords and connections on all our devices. Extremely happy and appreciative of Vaughans knowledge and expertise.
