We were advised the day before that our technician Kieran was coming, and we got a reminder text on the day 30 mins before he arrived. He did a great job, was polite but personable and communicated effectively, making sure a less technical person was aware of and understood what it was that he was doing. This work related to a Cyber hack, and Kieran made a stressful and unpleasant situation less so through his care, approach and rapport building skills.
