David was a delightful young man, he didn’t laugh at this pc ignorant old lady and fixed all the problems I was having with setting up my new iPad and iPhone, retrieving information I imagined was long gone.
I had forgotten to ask him about Protection from ‘malware’? issues,after a Norton debacle… but will contact you sometime soon to set something up. Many thanks again David.
