Geeks on Wheels were dealing with a 7 yr-old Apple computer, and an even older iphone and external drive. Vaughan did an approximate 2-hour home visit, foresaw a great loss of data should the computer suddenly die, and installed a new external drive to keep data back up for future transfer to a new computer should that be necessary. His knowledge (and that of my previous Geek Lafi) is absolutely amazing. (NB: My surname in the SUBMIT below is misspelled. Should be FAIERS).
