They came very quickly, I had to wait only one day. Jesse was excellent. It was obvious my computer had had it; I did not feel Jesse was pressuring me in any way to buy something that was not needed. My computer had been playing up for months. The expense was unanticipated but completely justified, and I had the money for it anyway.
