This team know their stuff. They give you step-by-step information on the problem and give excellent advice on how they can or can't solve the issue. I had SamR come out to check on my laptop which wouldn't shut down and although it was beyond repair, he gave me great advice on what I needed in the way of a new laptop or a tablet. A great all-round experience with Geeks On Wheels and I will be going to them in the future should I need help again. Thank you SamR for all your help and advice. I highly recommend this team.
