I wasn't happy with the outcome of the service I received recently and went straight to the reviews and wrote a negative one. However, the manager Andy contacted me back and apologised that I wasn't happy and helped put things right.
I realised that I hadn't given GOW the opportunity to respond back and fix the issue. They responded with integrity and I was happy with the outcome. Thank you Andy & GOW, still an awesome service.
